A new Rulebook on Approval and Financing of Programmes That Meet the Needs and Interests of Citizens in the Field of Sports in the Territory of the City of Novi Sad (“Official Gazette of the City of Novi Sad”, No. 28/25) entered into force.
We would also like to remind you that the deadline for submission of the Proposal of the Annual Programs is for 2026. year – 1. June 2025 Year.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANNUAL PROGRAMS FOR 2026 YEAR
Organizations in the field of sports from the territory of the City of Novi Sad are informed that preparations are underway for the development of a new electronic platform through which applications for annual programs will be made, so that the Public Notice will be published upon its completion.
Important Notice to Organizations in the Field of Sport
Organizations in the field of sports that have signed contracts on the allocation of funds for the implementation of annual programs in the period of temporary financing (January-March) are hereby informed that they are obliged to submit new Harmonized Financial Plans of Annual Programs and Plans for the Implementation of Program Activities with the amount of allocated funds based on the new Decision on Approval of Funds for the Implementation of Annual Programs published on the website of the City Administration on March 25, 2025. The same shall be adjusted to the amount of funds approved under the said Decision, but which will now be reduced by the amount of funds that have been approved, i.e. for which the contract has been signed during the period of temporary financing.

Organizations in the field of sport are hereby informed that this notice is attached to detailed Instructions and Instructions for organizations in the field of sports/Holders of approved programs that they are obliged to fulfill before signing the agreement on the allocation of funds for temporary financing for the implementation of approved annual programs for the period January-March 2025. Year.
Please note that the constituent parts of the annexes are the Harmonized Plan Form and the Report Form on the Implementation of the Programme for January-March 2025, which have been made in an absolutely new form.

Organisations in the field of sports from the territory of the City of Novi Sad are hereby informed that the Form for submission of programmes of special importance for the City of Novi Sad has been amended in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 4 of the Rules of Procedure. Decisions on Meeting the Needs and Interests of Citizens in the Field of Sports in the Territory of the City of Novi Sad, as well as the Narrative Report Form for Programmes of Special Importance for the City of Novi Sad, in accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 4 of the same Decision.
Organizations in the field of sports are informed that it is necessary to pay special attention to the Instruction contained in the above Forms, in order for each item to be adequately filled in.
